In Response to CEC's 2026 Call for New Power Industry Technologies & Products. Xiamen Haso Power Technology Co., Ltd. recently participated in two special technical exchange seminars organized by the SME Branch of the China Electricity Council (CEC) in Beijing. Gathering with industry experts and leading enterprises, the company explored innovative paths for artificial intelligence to empower the new power system and shared cutting-edge achievements in intelligent power technologies, as part of its active response to the 2026 CEC Collection of New Technologies and New Products in the Power Industry and in-depth participation in industry-university-research-application integrated innovation.
Exchange at Beijing Electric Power Economic Research Institute
On April 10, the SME Branch of CEC held a special exchange for the collection of new power industry technologies and products at the Beijing Electric Power Economic Research Institute. Focusing on industrial policy guidance, technological innovation trends, achievement transformation paths and industry-university-research cooperation, the event brought together representatives from outstanding enterprises across the power sector.
Li Pingchuan, General Manager of Haso, delivered a speech as an enterprise representative. He outlined the company's development history, core technological directions and product portfolio around its corporate mission and vision. Grounded in the mission of "Building a zero-hidden danger and fully trusted intelligent safety management system to safeguard lives and assets" and the vision of "Guaranteeing intrinsic safety, protecting operational safety, fortifying safety defenses and eliminating production accidents", he highlighted Haso Power's technological expertise and practical cases in intelligent power operation and maintenance, substation safety protection, and integrated intelligent defense systems.
In his address, General Manager Li conducted in-depth exchanges centering on three core areas: AI technology integration, Guangming Power Large Model collaboration, and power security assurance.
AI Technology Integration
Haso has intensively explored the application of AI technologies in power scenarios. Leveraging deep learning, multimodal perception and other technologies, the company has realized intelligent diagnosis of substation equipment status, precise risk early warning and intelligent optimization of operation and maintenance processes, driving the transformation of power operation and maintenance from "experience-driven" to "data-driven and AI-enabled".
Guangming Large Model Collaboration
Integrating the core capabilities of State Grid's Guangming Power Large Model in power knowledge comprehension, multimodal fusion analysis and business logic reasoning, Haso has actively explored technical connection and scenario integration with the large model. It has promoted the in-depth application of the large model in power safety protection, equipment health management and emergency command decision-making, injecting a "smart brain" into the safe and stable operation of the power system.
Power Security Assurance
Focusing on the safe operation requirements of the new power system, Haso shared its technical solutions and practical results in power cybersecurity, on-site operation safety and equipment operation safety. It has built a full-chain power security assurance system featuring "AI perception + intelligent early warning + closed-loop response", helping to fortify the safety defenses of the power system.
During the exchange, Haso held in-depth discussions with the Beijing Electric Power Economic Research Institute and other participating organizations on AI technology implementation, large model applications and security system construction. The event further facilitated connections with high-quality industrial resources, clarified the directions and requirements for declaring new technologies and products, and laid a solid foundation for the promotion of the company's technological achievements and expansion of industrial cooperation.
Exchange at the Artificial Intelligence Institute of China Electric Power Research Institute
On April 14, another exchange seminar was successfully held at the Simulation Center of the China Electric Power Research Institute (CEPRI). Themed "High-Quality Development of AI Equipment and Technologies Against the Background of Building a New Power System", the session was hosted by Meng Tao, Deputy Director of the Membership Department of the SME Branch of CEC. Experts including Pu Tianjiao, Deputy Chief Engineer of CEPRI, and Tan Yuanpeng, Director of the Perception Laboratory of the AI Institute, attended the event, along with enterprise representatives such as Xiamen Haso Power.
Xiao Yizhou, a representative of Haso, focused on the theme of AI empowering the new power system and highlighted the Substation Integrated Intelligent Defense System, fully demonstrating the company's technological applications in intelligent power security and operation and maintenance. Centered on AI technologies and integrated with machine vision, multimodal perception and other capabilities, the system enables intelligent risk identification and rapid linkage response in substations. It also conducts equipment fault diagnosis and hidden danger early warning based on power large models, supporting the upgrade of operation and maintenance models to predictive and intelligent operation. By connecting full-scenario services including security, inspection and emergency response, it forms an integrated intelligent protection closed loop, providing solid support for the safe and stable operation of substations.
The exchange built an efficient platform for the implementation of AI technologies, large model application docking and industry-university-research collaborative innovation in the power industry, effectively promoting the high-quality development of power AI equipment and technologies.
Exchanging Expertise, Empowering Through Intelligence
These two special seminars served as a key opportunity for Haso to deeply integrate into the innovation ecosystem of the power industry. Haso not only learned cutting-edge industrial technologies but also deepened communication and cooperation with CEC, Beijing Electric Power Economic Research Institute, CEPRI and other outstanding industrial enterprises. The company has also gained a clearer understanding of the development trends and application demands of artificial intelligence, large models and intelligent equipment in the power sector.
Moving forward, Haso will continue to deepen its focus on the power intelligence field. Relying on core products such as the Substation Integrated Intelligent Defense System, the company will persist in advancing technological innovation and achievement transformation, actively participate in industrial collaborative development, and contribute Haso's strength to the construction of the new power system and the high-quality development of the power industry.
